Prescription for Compliance CD Pack The CD Pack contains two CD's and it tailored to assist your practice in attaining HIPAA compliance. One CD contains all of the forms, policies, procedures, contracts, job descriptions, FAQ's background information and the testing process required by the HIPAA regulations. All of these documents are easily customized with your office information and ready to print and use. The other CD, "REGIMEN™ - An Introduction to HIPAA" is an educational program designed to satisfy the training requirements of the HIPAA regulations. It is a fast-paced, multi-level presentation. This educational CD provides a comprehensive introduction to HIPAA and why it has become law and most importantly, how it affects your organization. Three hours of CME credits are available for an additional fee. The CD Pack also includes complete product updates for 12 months from the date of purchase and is priced per office location. After the first year, the renewal fee is only $125.00. This provides your office with continued updates to the HIPAA rules, including new and revised forms, policies and procedures as well as training CD's, as the laws change or new laws are finalized.
